Meeting Planning Workshops 
Imagination+ Meeting Planners Inc. designs and implements training workshops for corporations, government and associations who require specific employees to have meeting planning skills and prefer to plan all meetings, conferences and events internally. Training workshops are based on over 20+ years experience and are delivered by faculty with experience in adult learning both in the classroom and in corporations. 

Each workshop is customized for the client's needs and includes such topics as: 

• Defining objectives 
• The importance of history and target markets 
• The importance of physical setups 
• How adult learning affects outcomes of the program 
• Writing a Request for Proposal to ensure you can compare apples and apples 
• Conducting a site inspection 
• Working with suppliers, staff

• Risks involved in designing meetings, conferences and events and how to ensure you aren't affected

Meeting Trends: Do You Know Your Delegates and Guests?
Outcomes:

Design an Event
Outcomes:

In this session, a case study for a group event is presented Each group is assigned an element of the event (opening party; 2 stops on the scavenger hunt, etc) and must, using materials they find (arts and crafts are brought, and depending on weather, groups can go out of doors to use materials), design their portion of the event. Each group then presents to the general group.

Convention and Visitor's Bureau's: 
Have you ever wanted to get inside a meeting planner's head? Imagination+ Meeting Planners has developed a unique workshop: From RFP to Site Inspection. In this workshop, your members will: 

• understand how a planner wants a response to a RFP 
• go on a site inspection from the planner's perspective 
• design a planner tool to be used in marketing 

We will also work with you to design customized workshops.
